After a complete remodelling of the house, it exhibits contemporary Caribbean architecture with a single level floor plan and a sophisticated beach house ambiance.

The bedrooms are all air conditioned with private en suite bathrooms. Four of the five bathrooms have attached outside showers. The large sea and pool facing master bedroom has a king bed. All other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds which may be combined as kings if required. A further two bedrooms are in an ocean facing cottage with views across the sea to Montego Bay.

The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. It has a wet bar, cable television and CD/DVD player. Doors lead out to the veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane, baha ledge and hot tub.

Dining can be indoors or outside, right beside the ocean or on the veranda.

The villa staff is comprises of a Butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.
