Timeless 16th-Century Finca Estate in the Sóller Valley, Mallorca

Set in the heart of the Sóller Valley and surrounded by the UNESCO-protected Tramuntana Mountains, this exceptional finca offers a rare blend of history, privacy, and natural beauty. Just a five-minute drive from the charming town of Sóller and its nearby beach, the property enjoys a peaceful setting within 50 hectares of land.

Originally a 16th-century olive oil farm, the finca has been beautifully restored while preserving its rich heritage. The former oil press, now an atmospheric dining room still features its original stone mechanisms and storage vats, with a pillar dated 1681. Today, the estate continues to produce its own organic olive oil, which guests are invited to enjoy.

At the heart of the home lies a traditional courtyard, complete with a central well and surrounded by lush greenery. Filled with seasonal and perennial plants, flowering trees, and shrubs, this space offers a vibrant, tranquil atmosphere year-round. A restored chapel with a traditional vaulted ceiling adds to the finca’s historic charm.

The finca accommodates up to 18 guests, including children and infants. Bedrooms are spread across two levels, all with ensuite bathrooms, and are equipped with central air conditioning. A separate pool suite apartment on a lower level provides direct access to the pool terrace, ideal for those seeking added privacy within a larger group. Cots and additional beds are available upon request. Each bedroom includes a safe, hairdryer, a choice of pillows, and locally sourced organic amenities. Bath towels are provided, along with separate beach and pool towels. For added comfort during summer, all bedroom windows and terrace doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

The large saline swimming pool (16 x 6.5 metres) uses natural chlorine, making it gentle on the skin and eyes. A child safety gate leads to the pool area, and children must be supervised at all times. Above the pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen pavilion is perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining. Additional tables are spread across the terraces and courtyard, ideal for meals, games, reading, or relaxing with a drink. 

A spacious chill-out area offers stunning views across the Sóller Valley, while the surrounding gardens filled with olive trees, palms, and vibrant flowers invite peaceful walks, yoga, or quiet reflection. Please note that while the main terraces and balconies are fitted with railings, some areas of the property, due to its hillside setting, are not enclosed.
