Bruce Willis’ Former Residence on Parrot Cay, Turks & Caicos
The Residence Estate in Turks and Caicos consists of three villas, Residence Guest Villa 1, Residence Guest Villa 2, and Residence Main House. This beautiful beachfront estate has 11 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Here you will have a unique experience with all the amenities you will need.
The Residence Main House was fully redesigned in 2017, and now features over 5,000 sq ft of relaxed floor space with airy, spacious rooms highlighted by dark wood floors. Three en suite bedrooms are split across two levels, with the supersize master bedroom taking up the entire upper level, where a large private balcony offers dramatic ocean vistas. On the lower floor, two guest bedrooms lie on each side of the living room and dining room, and each opens directly onto a private sundeck. The sundeck also has a comfortable outdoor dining space surrounding one of the island’s largest pools, making this property ideal for gatherings of friends or family.
The Residence Guest Villa can be booked with the Residence Main House for larger gatherings, or separately for a more intimate island experience. This three-bedroom guest villa has direct access to a swathe of powder sand beach, as well as its own private pool and sundeck. Natural light fills the interior through large windows, and light beach tones are highlighted by the dark wood floors. The main en suite bedrooms are located on each side of the living and dining area, with direct access to the sundeck. The third en suite bedroom is at the rear of the villa, with a view of the private garden.
With this villa, you will enjoy a personalized butler service. Their role is to assist you during your stay, helping you plan any activities you may like, from castaway picnics to kayaking along the waterway.
Offering some of the most varied dinings in the Turks and Caicos, the menus draw from the Caribbean’s rich seafood larder while emphasizing all that is fresh, local, and organic wherever possible. The relaxed poolside Lotus restaurant serves light Caribbean-inspired dishes during the day and contemporary Asian at night, while the Terrace restaurant specializes in the modern Mediterranean.
