Casa Tipaza is a unique and contemporary villa located in the south west of Ibiza in Porroig, a beautiful peninsula 20 minutes drive from Ibiza Town. Set on the edge of a cliff overlooking Es Cubells, the property has direct access, on foot, onto a pretty beach flanked by pine trees and with a small beach restaurant.

Beautifully furnished in an eclectic yet elegant fusion of fabrics and furnishings chosen from Europe, Asia and South America, this multi level, six bedroom property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

In the main house there is a large open plan living space / family room with a 65″ plasma TV, dining area, indoor bar and a separate well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining table.

There are four double bedrooms in the main house, two with en-suite bathrooms with bath-tub and shower and two with shower only. Three rooms have fixed king size beds whilst the master suite has a fixed super king size bed. There are two new suites in the annexe, each with en-suite bathroom with bath-tub and shower. One room has a fixed super king size bed whilst the other room has a super king size/twin bed option with ziplock.

A series of steps lead down from various outdoor living/dining terraces to the infinity pool, sun-deck, gardens and more comfortably furnished private sitting areas. There is a pool bar and full equipped outdoor kitchen and built in barbecue area. Breath-taking views only serve to accentuate the sense of space and tranquility.

Casa Tipaza has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and main living spaces, WiFi internet, Satellite and Sky TV and an extensive video library.

The property has laundry facilities, private parking within the gated grounds and is fitted with an alarm system.
